These terms outline the rules and regulations for using the American Aerial platform.

By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use course content solely for personal learning purposes.

Course access is granted per purchase and is non-transferable. Redistribution of course content is prohibited.

Refund Policy

Because our courses give you immediate, full access to digital content, all sales are final. Once you purchase, the complete course is available to you right away, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, or failure to complete the course.

The one exception is our 30-Day Pass Guarantee (see above). If you meet all of its requirements and still don't pass your FAA Part 107 exam, you're entitled to a full refund of your course fee under those terms.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

30-Day Pass Guarantee

We stand behind our FAA Part 107 prep. If you do the work and still don't pass your exam, you get your money back.

To qualify for a full refund of your course fee, all of the following must be met:

  1. Score 85% or higher on every practice test in the course. Include a screenshot of each passing result.

  2. Take your FAA Part 107 exam within 30 days of your purchase date.

  3. Submit a photo of your official FAA exam result showing you did not pass.

  4. Email all proof to accounts@americanaerialacademy.com within 7 days of your exam date.

If all four requirements are met, we'll refund 100% of your course fee.

The guarantee covers your American Aerial Academy course fee only. It does not cover the FAA exam fee ($175), which is paid directly to the testing center. One claim per student.
